Support the Mission

There are many ways to support the mission financially. Thank you for your generous gift and for supporting organ, eye and tissue donation education, registry and programming in Missouri. Your support is helping to save and heal lives.

Electronic Gift

This is done through the Department of Health and Senior Services’ JetPay page. Click on “Contribute” to make a one-time gift. To make a recurring gift, please call 888-497-4564.

Mail a Gift

Mail a check or money order made out to the Organ Donor Program Fund and mail it to: Organ Donor Program Fund, DHSS, P.O. Box 570, Jefferson City, MO 65102-0570.

DMV Gift

Donate $1 or more when you renew or update your driver's license or ID. Or gift $1 or more when you renew your license plates.

Specialty Plate Gift

Obtain a “Be A Donor” automobile license plate and gift a $25 donation for a one-year plate or $50 for a two-year plate. Learn how to apply for a “Be A Donor” license plate.

Income Tax Gift

You or your corporation can donate at least $2 on a Missouri individual income tax return by completing line 51. Or gift at least $4 on a combined return. Complete line 26 of MO-1120. You may also donate to the fund by sending a separate check written to “Organ Donor Program Fund” and attaching it to your income tax form and payment.
