Donate | Support

There are many ways you can donate or support to the Organ Donor Program Fund, Missouri’s fund for the Donate Life Missouri Registry, Organ and Tissue Donor Program (OTDP), and OTDP education and program activities. OTDP does not receive any general revenue funding from the State of Missouri to support education, program or registry efforts and activities. So, you can donate or support these efforts by your generous gift to the Organ Donor Program Fund. Here’s how.

Ways to Donate and Support Efforts in Missouri

  • Make an electronic donation. This is done through the Department of Health and Senior’s Service’s JetPay page. After clicking on the Jet Pay link, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Pay Online.” Now you have the option to make a one-time donation, or set up an account to make a regular gifts to the fund.
  • Mail a check or money order to the Organ Donor Program Fund. Attach the check or money order to the a donation form and mail it to: Organ Donor Program Fund at P.O. Box 570, Jefferson City, MO 65102-0570.
  • Donate $1 or more when you renew or update your drivers license
  • Donate $1 or more when you renew your license plates
  • Purchase a “Be A Donor” automobile license plate. In order to purchase an Organ Donor License plate, a $25 donation for a one-year plate, and $50 donation for a two-year plate provides organ donor emblem use authorization. Learn how to apply for a “Be An Organ Donor” license plate.
  • An individual or a corporation can donate at least $2 on a Missouri individual income tax return or at least $4 on a combined return of his or her tax refund amount to the Organ Donor Program Fund. The taxpayer may also donate to the fund by sending a separate check clearly designated to the fund with the payment of his or her taxes. Section 143.1016 RSMo can be read by clicking here.
